FLOW CONTROL APPLICATIONS

FCA was one of the valve manufacturer from Spain. FCA valves are used in a wide range of applications such as Hydro Power plants and dams, mineral processing, Oil and Gas,Chemical and Petrochemical plants, Pulp and Paper, Steel industry, Thermal Power plants, Water treatment, Water distribution and Water pump stations as principal applications. Oriented according to main OIL & GAS, MINERALS, POWER and WATER sectors.

TYPE OF VALVE

FCA control valves working at Offshore Platforms

FCA valves comply the most demanding and strict International norms requested by main EPC and End Users of the sector. It is worth noting the compliance of different norms such as API (American Petroleum Institute) or ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) for the design and testing:

  • API 598: Testing
  • API6D: Design of Ball, Gate, Plug and Check valves
  • API609: Design of Butterfly valves
  • API600: Design of Flexible wedge gate valves
  • ASME B16.34: Design for valves

FCA control valves working at Offshore Platforms

Unlike other applications, the valves installed at offshore platforms must comply further technical requirements:

  • Special material and overlays for avoiding the effects caused by corrosion.
  • Lighter design for avoiding issues at installation.
  • Use of special sealing materials for Sour fluids.

FCA Control valves have been installed at corrosive ambient ensuring always the integrity and correct performance of the valves at such severe working conditions.
